RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and assess family situations, socioeconomic environment, interpersonal relationships, background, etc.; establish family intervention objectives and case plans. Facilitate the family’s adaptation to the protective situation and advise them accordingly; assist the family in constructing their family history and understanding the protective context. Provide guidelines to improve family competencies and relationships; orient families toward necessary external resources; assess and determine the most appropriate mode of family contact. Supervise family contacts when visits are the chosen modality and monitor all family contacts across cases. Coordinate with Social Services and participate in Family Action Plans (PAF). Provide intervention guidelines and strategies to members of the Educational Team, both individually and collectively; monitor and support the family interventions carried out by Educational Teams. Document management: Prepare Social Reports, develop and implement projects, draft and update reports, and prepare documentation for external procedures. Supervise the implementation and achievement of activities outlined in the Foster Care Promotion Project conducted from group homes. Raise awareness and provide training on the Foster Care Promotion Project, both within the Association and externally. **Profile:** Degree in Social Work. Complementary training in child protection and knowledge of foster care and collaboration programs. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Social Worker in social and/or educational intervention with minors.
