Currently, we are looking for a Social Educator to join our PSEAF VIGO center located in Vigo. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Assess the socio-educational needs of families receiving intervention. * Conduct home visits, family and individual interviews, and accompany families receiving intervention. * Design, implement, and evaluate group-based, open-environment, and community-oriented projects. * Collaborate with the Zone Social Worker on the Individualized Care Plan. * Develop the family socio-educational project jointly with the family. * Complete the documentation required by intervention procedures and keep it updated. * Participate in conferences, seminars, and working groups as proposed. * Participate in coordination forums related to case follow-up (ETMF, educational centers, mental health services, etc.). * Attend training activities (18 hours) and supervision sessions (12 hours) established by the organization to improve performance, as stipulated by the client. * Support the achievement of technical and administrative service goals, as well as organizational objectives. * Contribute to implementing improvement plans that enhance service quality. * Participate in internal and external training activities as proposed. * Identify service deficiencies and any situations that could improve project functioning within a quality framework. \- Report functional \- hierarchical supervisors about obstacles encountered while performing duties. * Any other tasks required to ensure smooth service operation and continuous well-being of service users.
