Educational Resources for Children at Risk seeks a **Social Educator** to join a **CRAE** in **La Roca del Vallès (Santa Agnès de Malanyanes)** on the **night shift**. This person will be responsible for ensuring the emotional and physical stability of young people, as well as maintaining a safe and controlled environment within the facility. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supervision and Safety**: Ensure the safety of young people during the night by conducting rounds to verify that all are well and in their rooms. * **Emotional Support**: Be available to provide emotional support and reassure young people when needed. * **Crisis Intervention**: In case of any emergency (whether health-related, emotional, or conflict-related), the educator must intervene appropriately and according to the protocols established by the center, and activate emergency services if necessary. * **Incident Recording and Reporting**: Maintain a detailed record of any incidents or relevant behaviors occurring during the night. * **Reinforcement of Rules and Routines**: Ensure young people comply with coexistence rules and rest schedules, as well as promote hygiene and order habits before bedtime. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Empathy, responsibility, and communication skills. * Experience collaborating with public entities and third-sector organizations. * Residence near the workplace. **Offered:** * **Contract for medical leave** * **Working Hours:** 38 hours per week. * **Schedule:** Short week and long week. The **long week** consists of working 4 days (Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday); the **short week** consists of working 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Weekly meeting every Thursday from **2 p.m. to 4 p.m.** * + Monday to Thursday: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. + Friday: 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. + Saturday: 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. + Sunday: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. * **Salary according to the Social Action Collective Agreement, category Graduate (€26,007.67 gross/year) + night shift supplement + weekend supplement.** **Join our team and help guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for children and young people.
