




We are seeking a person to lead social activation initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and coordinating sociocultural projects, workshops, and activities. These activities will target a diverse audience, ranging from children and older adults to groups in vulnerable situations. The role involves acting as a fundamental liaison between citizens and available resources, driving community mobilization and promoting active participation. It aims to foster a positive and supportive coexistence environment. Additionally, resource management, development of effective communication strategies, application of rigorous evaluation methodologies, and integration of a gender perspective across all interventions will be required. The selected candidate must analyze outcomes from various actions to adjust strategies and maximize social impact. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Education or Social Work, along with demonstrable experience in managing social projects, socioeducational interventions, and work with vulnerable groups, is highly valued. Knowledge of social media, dissemination, and campaigns is also considered an asset.
