Stepping onto the ground (with empathy): You will conduct risk assessments and visit clients, but your primary focus will be understanding how people work—not just what they do. Training to transform: You will deliver training through connection and dialogue. Your goal is to turn every session into a meaningful conversation, ensuring safety "clicks" in each worker’s mind. Being a "problem-solver": You will propose preventive measures that are realistic, practical, and deliver genuine value—not merely compliance with the law. Building bridges: You will serve as the direct, human link between the client and Vitaly—becoming their trusted point of contact and tailoring our services to their actual needs. Anticipating, not just reacting: You will leverage your expertise to help our clients build a proactive culture of well-being—not merely a reactive one. Requirements This role is for you if... You hold the Intermediate Technical Certification in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) (this is mandatory!). You are authentically "people-first": You have a service-oriented vocation.
