We foster a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that drives innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. ### **We are looking for: Senior Data Engineer** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-performance data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Spark (PySpark). * Build and integrate data ingestion processes from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and low latency. * Lead the technical implementation of new datasets and optimize the use of existing financial data products. * Apply data modeling principles (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support business and analytical requirements. * Identify inefficiencies in data flows and processes, proposing and implementing innovative technical solutions. * Collaborate closely with key business and technology teams to align data products with global strategy and roadmaps. ### **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Over 6 years of relevant experience in corporate environments, preferably in banking or financial services. * Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Spark (PySpark). * Proven experience building high-volume, low-latency ETL pipelines. * Solid understanding of data modeling principles and techniques. * Experience with financial products, especially treasury products (foreign exchange, derivatives, onshore and offshore commercial products, offshore loans). * Strong analytical capability and ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions. * Availability to work onsite in Málaga (preferred location). **Desirable:** * Experience in global banking environments. * Knowledge of advanced data automation and information alignment strategies. * Ability to contribute to defining data product strategy and long-term technology roadmaps. ### **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangement and possibility of remote work * Personalized career development plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.) * Participation in stable projects with a high technical component * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS. #LI-MM4
