We are looking for an **SAP HCM Consultant specialized in Spanish Payroll (PY\-ES)** to join a team operating within a mature technology environment, where you can apply your functional expertise and contribute to continuous solution improvement. **Conditions** --------------- * Contract: **Permanent and/or freelance** * Work mode: **100% remote**, based in Spain * Location: **Spain** \*\* residency in Spain is mandatory * Working hours: **Full-time** **Your responsibilities** ------------- * **Provide functional support and evolutionary/corrective maintenance for SAP HCM.** * Analyze incidents and propose functional solutions. * **Configure the SAP HCM Payroll module (PY\-ES).** * Gather and analyze business functional requirements. * Draft functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams. * Validate developments through functional testing. * Support end users throughout various service phases. * Participate in continuous improvement of payroll and personnel administration processes. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ================== * Minimum **5 years** of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant. * Specialization in **SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY\-ES)**. * Extensive functional knowledge and configuration experience with SAP HCM Payroll. * Solid understanding of: * Spanish labor legislation. * Social Security. * Personal Income Tax (IRPF). * Social security contributions. * Payroll processes. * Experience in corrective and evolutionary support. * Incident resolution and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions. * Experience in analyzing functional requirements and defining SAP solutions. **Desirable** ============= * Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. * Experience integrating with third-party systems. * Participation in SAP HCM implementation, AMS, or evolution projects. * Experience conducting functional testing and validating developments. * Ability to provide functional support to end users. * Experience liaising with clients and gathering requirements.
