In Project Man Madrid, we need to hire a Monitor/a for our Therapeutic Day Center for Adolescents and Young People to cover a temporary position. Spanish Center for Solidarity (Project Man Madrid) declares its commitment to equal opportunities between men and women, which will be implemented in staff hiring as a strategic principle of the Second Equality Plan. * Accompany users during outings and leisure activities. * Identify leisure, academic, and employment resources and free-time opportunities. * Support and motivate users to incorporate healthy leisure activities into their daily routines outside the center. * Conduct workshops. * Assist users in developing their weekly plans. * Support other center activities in collaboration with the rest of the team. Requirements: * Qualification: Leisure and Free-Time Monitor. Specific training in youth and addictions. * Work experience: At least two years’ experience providing comprehensive care to adolescents and young people with addictions and/or gambling disorders or inappropriate use of ICT.
