Your purpose will be to align and inspire the entire workforce, ensuring that every individual shares the achievements, goals, and values that guide us daily. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement effective internal communication strategies aligned with COVAP’s objectives and values. * Identify appropriate communication channels to reach diverse employee segments. * Develop relevant and engaging content to keep employees informed about news, events, achievements, and organizational changes. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure communication consistency and align messages with organizational objectives. * Implement mechanisms to encourage employee participation in internal communication. * Plan and monitor the internal communication budget within the organization. **Requirements:** --------------- **Academic Qualifications:** * University degree: Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations. * Intermediate English (B1/B2\). * Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
