**Description:** ---------------- At **Grupo Euroformac**, a training consultancy with over 25 years of experience, we are seeking to hire an HR Technician to strengthen our team. We seek a candidate with a holistic view of the HR area, playing a key role in personnel selection processes, combined with participation in talent development and internal organizational initiatives. Main responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job offers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates. * Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels. * Coordinate with various departments to define job profiles and hiring needs. * Support the implementation of talent development and organizational improvement initiatives. * Collaborate in defining internal HR processes. * Coordinate with different departments to manage personnel and organizational needs. * Assist with administrative tasks within the department. Manage and update employee and candidate databases. * Conditions: * Location: Málaga (on-site) * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:45–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 08:45–14:00 * Intensive schedule in July and August: Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 * 100% on-site * Immediate start Do you identify with what we are looking for? We would love to meet you! **Requirements:** --------------- Required profile: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in personnel selection. * Experience in other HR areas (development, assessment, internal management) is desirable. * Degree in HR, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. * Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, etc.). * Organized, proactive individual capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
