We require an **experienced bartender/waiter with verifiable experience**, to join our bar on a **part-time basis (initially)**, with possible expansion depending on service needs and performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct customer service in the dining area and at the bar, ensuring consistently friendly, professional, and respectful interaction. * Clear and efficient order taking, ensuring accurate communication with the kitchen and other team members. * Serving beverages, breakfast items, tapas, and daily dishes according to the establishment’s service model. * Basic beverage preparation (coffee, soft drinks, beers, etc.), maintaining an organized and fully operational bar area. * Table setup, preparation, and clearing, ensuring proper presentation of service. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area (bar, tables, dining area, and common areas), both during and at the end of shifts. * Support in general bar tasks as needed, always coordinating closely with the kitchen and colleagues. * Strict compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food handling regulations as required by industry standards. **Essential Requirements** * Previous **verifiable** experience as a bartender/waiter in bars or similar establishments. * Responsible, punctual, organized individual capable of working under pressure during peak demand periods. * Excellent customer service skills, courtesy, professional appearance, and strong communication abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team, with a cooperative attitude and commitment to fostering a positive work environment. * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and upholding the establishment’s professional image. * Immediate availability. * Valid documentation to formalize Social Security registration. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in breakfast and café service (espresso machine operation, coffee preparation, etc.). * Proficient tray handling and experience in dining room service. * Basic knowledge of wines, beers, and beverage service. * Prior experience in high-volume customer service environments. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling protocols.
