Through our Employment and Social Inclusion Department, we design and manage programs aimed at improving employability, social inclusion, and support for entities in the social economy. Currently, we are driving several national and international projects designed to promote social innovation, development of employment and entrepreneurship competencies, and the green economy. Our aim is to advance international project implementation to achieve a multiplier effect among vulnerable groups, enhancing their employability and social inclusion. The **objective of this position** is the identification, formulation, coordination, and implementation of European and international projects to launch initiatives focused on social innovation, sustainability, employability, and social inclusion of vulnerable groups. **This position is right for you if:** * You have at least 3 years of experience managing European and international projects, especially in education, social inclusion, and employability (Erasmus+, CERV, Interreg, Alliance, AMIF, LIFE, ESF+, Horizon Europe, AECID, etc.) * You have experience identifying, designing, drafting, and justifying European and international calls for proposals in the fields of social inclusion and employability. * You are passionate about working with people, in teams, and with third-sector organizations. * You want to support the launch and development of social innovation projects. * You are interested in becoming part of a national ecosystem of professionals engaged in social inclusion, employability, and the social economy. **Responsibilities:** * Identification and submission of European and international grants. * Management, execution, and monitoring of activities related to project implementation. * Participation in online and transnational monitoring meetings with project partners. * Collaboration with international partners, strengthening alliances and driving new projects. * Travel to project meetings and networking events, and organization of partner visits to Spain. * Prospecting, identifying, and contacting other public and private entities, networks, and strategic alliances. **Profile:** **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Work, Sociology, or related field. * Familiarity with the Logical Framework Approach. * English C1; Spanish (native language or C1). * Minimum 3 years of experience managing European projects and drafting funding proposals. * Knowledge of EU funding programs (Erasmus+, Interreg, CERV, AMIF, LIFE, Horizon Europe, etc.). * Strong digital skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft 365 suite, Google Workspace, etc. * Autonomous, leadership-oriented, multitasking, organized, and accustomed to working under deadlines. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, proactivity, and autonomy. **Desirable:** * Prior knowledge and/or experience in managing European or international cooperation projects. * Previous experience responding to European and international calls, e.g., ESF, Erasmus+, Interreg, CERV, AMIF, etc. * Portuguese. * Gender and environmental perspectives. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Optimism and enthusiasm, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 24.001 and 30.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 years **Start Date:** 15/12/2025 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
