Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for the dining hall of an association specialized in supporting and integrating people with disabilities, responsible for meal preparation and kitchen supervision. Culinary preparation and kitchen management duties DESCRIPTION The dining hall of an association specialized in supporting and integrating people with disabilities requires a COOK in BOIRO. WE OFFER: * A STABLE position. * ROTATING SHIFTS: * Shift 1: 7:30–16:00 (1 hour for lunch), Mon–Fri * Shift 2: 9:30–14:30, Mon–Fri * Shift 3: 14:20–22:00 (1 hour for lunch) * Holidays and weekends: 9:00–18:00 (1 hour for lunch). * SALARY: €1,700 GROSS/MONTH (12 payments per year). * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Meal preparation, menu planning, etc. * Placing orders and maintaining records. * Monitoring according to reference parameters (expiry dates, cold room temperatures, pH and chlorine levels). * Supervision of kitchen staff. Cleaning of kitchen, office, and storage area. * REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 1 YEAR of experience as a Cook. * Vocational training in Hospitality and Tourism is desirable. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training and Food Handler’s Certificate are desirable. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in the Barbanza area and/or willingness to relocate if required.
