




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service and commercial advisory in the energy sector, handling inquiries, procedures, and selling products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and advisory for energy customers 2. Sales of energy products, services, and air-conditioning equipment 3. Recruitment of new collaborators We are looking for a person to provide customer service and commercial advisory in the energy sector, with availability to work in Málaga. Main responsibilities will include direct interaction with customers, resolving their queries, and managing various procedures such as billing, social bonuses, and incidents. Additionally, the role involves selling our energy products, additional services and telecommunications services, as well as marketing air-conditioning and heating equipment. The candidate will also participate in recruiting new collaborators through various channels, including phone calls and visits. A full-time contract of 40 hours per week is offered, scheduled from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be split, between 09:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Experience in customer service or sales. * We seek an empathetic, solution-oriented individual eager to grow and proficient in digital tools. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. **Offered:** Uncapped commissions.
