Job Summary: Prodware is seeking an Azure and M365 Cybersecurity Technical Leader to design, govern, and lead cloud security initiatives, driving continuous improvement and fostering a DevSecOps culture. As part of Prodware Spain’s expansion, we are seeking an **Azure and M365 Cybersecurity Technical Leader**, based in Madrid, to join our Azure team. Responsibilities: * Architecture \& Design: + Design Zero-Trust security architecture for workloads on Azure (IaaS, PaaS, serverless) and Microsoft 365\. + Define policies, controls, and network segmentation (NSG, ASG, Private Link, Azure Firewall). * Governance \& Compliance: + Deploy and maintain Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Purview, Sentinel, and Defender for Office 365\. + Monitor compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ENS, or other applicable frameworks. * Identity Management: Establish AAD policies, MFA, Conditional Access, and privilege management (PIM). * Incident Response: Lead internal CSIRT: incident detection, containment, eradication, RCA documentation, and lessons learned. * Automation \& Infrastructure as Code: Develop playbooks and pipelines (Bicep/Terraform, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, KQL) to enforce “security-by-default”. * Leadership \& Mentoring: Guide a team of 4\-6 security engineers; drive continuous improvement and DevSecOps culture. * Business Collaboration: Translate technical risks into business impact; present security metrics and roadmaps to C-level stakeholders. Requirements: * 8\+ years in cybersecurity, including 4\+ years in enterprise-scale Azure/M365 environments. * Desired certifications: AZ\-500, SC\-100, MS\-500, SC\-300; CISSP or CISM will be valued. * Key technical competencies: + Identity and access security (AAD, RBAC, OAuth 2\.0, SAML). + Monitoring and SIEM (Azure Sentinel, Kusto Query Language). + Data protection (Microsoft Purview, DLP, MIP). + Hardened images, Defender for Cloud, Security Center, Intune. + Automation using PowerShell, Python, or Azure CLI. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience. **Languages:** Professional-level English. **What We Offer:** Continuous training and learning programs.
