




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support and coordination between two hospitality businesses, managing documentation and IT tools. Coordination between establishments and document handling. We are looking for a person to perform general administrative tasks, providing support to two hospitality businesses. Responsibilities include daily management, support in organizing processes, and coordination between both establishments. The role also involves document handling and use of IT tools. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, with two consecutive days off, generally Sunday and Monday, depending on business needs. The offered salary is €1,600 gross per month, equivalent to €19,200 gross annually in twelve payments. Previous experience in administrative positions, advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and a valid work permit in Spain are required. A valid driver’s license and immediate availability are mandatory. Knowledge of English and prior experience in the hospitality sector are desirable.
