




DESCRIPTION **Job Objective** Provide administrative support in the management and monitoring of state-level programs and projects assigned to the area within the Delegation, aiming to contribute to improving their quality and effectiveness, in compliance with the requirements set by funding bodies. Reports directly to the Delegation’s Program Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the Program Manager and the technical team of the area in administrative and logistical tasks related to its services. * Support the recording and management of financial benefits in the new CEARNET system. * Manage the administrative aspects of the area’s economic aid management process: collect, organize, and archive (digitally or physically) documentation justifying economic aid awarded by the area—i.e., review receipts, pending justifications, verify documentary support for aid applications required by the funding body, review repayments and reductions, manage aid authorization request tables, and organize * aid files containing receipts, invoices, expenditure justifications, etc., linked to the area’s activities. * Support the digitization and archiving of documentation related to group activities and case files of the area, ensuring proper technical justification of projects through verification sources. * Identify suppliers for services directly linked to the area’s activities. * Conduct in-kind purchases. * Manage materials for leisure activities and track associated invoices. * Support budget quotation requests. * Participate in coordination meetings with the area’s team when required. REQUIREMENTS **Education** * Higher Vocational Training or Medium-Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or equivalent academic qualification. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications. * Knowledge of social intervention. **Experience** * Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position. **Competencies** * Commitment. * Adaptability to change. * Teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Interpersonal and communication skills. * Innovation and creativity. * Ability to work autonomously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a volunteer or employee at CEAR. * Familiarity with third-sector organizations, preferably those working with refugees and/or immigrants. * Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. * Languages: English and/or French at C1 level. * Training in Gender Equality. **Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Substitution contract * 85% part-time schedule * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. * 25 working days of annual vacation + 5 public administration holidays (pro-rated according to start date) * Social benefits under the CUIDA(**R**) Program: a package of free or partially discounted services focused on physical well-being and emotional health (e.g., psychology sessions, physiotherapy, dental plan, nutritional counseling, among others), available to staff and beneficiaries. * Remuneration based on CEAR’s salary scales and collective agreement. * Work location: Málaga, Andalusia * Code: 012/251112019/25\_666
