Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Multifunctional Center to provide patient care, perform administrative tasks, and support healthcare staff at our Ibermutua center. WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY WORK BE LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attend to patients arriving at Emergency Services or their first follow-up consultation (CC or CP), as well as those visiting for non-medical reasons. * Record medical emergency declarations so that medical professionals may attend to patients. * Verify patient information and provide all necessary details regarding the purpose of their visit (coverage, services, mobility management, patient and visitor orientation, Ibermutua Digital, surveys, complaints to the INSS, third-party billing, etc.). * Collaborate with healthcare staff on required administrative procedures and handle telephone calls related to the center’s clinical and administrative activities. * Monitor validity and, where applicable, process healthcare agreement files via the e\-Gescon application to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Code, register, and process healthcare expenditures and other center expenses to enable accurate management, validation, and payment of supplier invoices according to established procedures. * Record, review, and process general and healthcare-related invoices, verifying correct allocation and registration of information in corporate applications, as well as collaborating with the Audit Department on administrative tasks associated with the center’s financial management. * Collect daily emergency data from the CP area for subsequent analysis of occupational incidents, in coordination with all departments involved in the center (daily triage). * Forward legal documentation received at the center to the relevant department for control and processing. * Ensure proper registration, archiving, and dispatch of documentation received at the center using established corporate IT systems and procedures. * Perform any additional administrative support tasks required to guarantee smooth and continuous center operations. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekly schedule Monday to Friday, mornings from 08:00 to 15:15.
