




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative staff member to support coordination activities, managing and monitoring projects in the field of elderly care, coordinating teams, and preparing reports. Preparation of proposals and activity monitoring We are seeking an administrative staff member to provide coordination support in Madrid. Main responsibilities include project management and monitoring in the area of elderly care, as well as team coordination and supervision. The role also entails preparing detailed reports and overseeing activity billing. The selected candidate will participate in periodic meetings with technical staff according to assigned projects, and will be responsible for preparing proposals and monitoring activities and spaces. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:30, and the location is near the Pacífico/Puente de Vallecas metro station. A 6-month initial contract is offered, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Immediate start is required. Salary will comply with the Leisure, Education, and Socio-Cultural Animation Collective Agreement, with an annual gross remuneration of 19.900€. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Pedagogy, Teaching, Education/Social Work) and/or a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Social Integration or Socio-Cultural Animation is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
