Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor for the wood section, focused on customer satisfaction, inventory management, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Valued experience in selling or installing carpentry materials We are looking for a person with strong interest in the wood sector and a vocation for interacting with people to join our team in Galdakao. Your primary mission will be to ensure our customers are fully satisfied, promoting sales within the wood section and providing personalized, expert advice. You will be an important point of contact for customers, helping them find the products best suited to their needs and projects. You will be responsible for the wood section, ensuring everything is well-organized, properly displayed, and clearly labeled. You will inspect and monitor inventory, maintaining adequate stock levels to ensure product availability at all times. You will also collaborate with your colleagues on daily tasks, contributing to a positive working environment. Strict adherence to all safety regulations is mandatory to ensure a safe environment for everyone. We value prior experience selling carpentry materials such as wood or aluminum, or experience installing doors or flooring. If you have at least one year of experience in large retail stores or distribution companies, communicate effectively, enjoy helping customers, and work well in teams, you could be an excellent fit. Residency in Bizkaia or ability to commute to Galdakao is required. Minimum one year of experience in selling and/or installing wood and/or aluminum carpentry materials. Experience in sales and restocking in large retail stores or distribution companies. Knowledge of door installation and/or laminate or vinyl flooring installation, or experience selling these materials in specialized warehouses. Primary education. Residence in the province of Bizkaia or ability to relocate to the Galdakao warehouse. Driver’s license and personal vehicle (desirable).
