Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to carry out preventive and corrective tasks on electrical installations, HVAC systems, and other works. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective low-voltage electrical maintenance 2. Diagnosis and repair of faults in installations 3. HVAC, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry work We are looking for a person to perform maintenance tasks in buildings located in Águilas (Murcia). Duties include preventive and corrective maintenance of low-voltage electrical installations, as well as diagnosis and repair of faults. Maintenance work will also be carried out on HVAC systems, assembly and repair of electrical components, and collaboration on general masonry, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. Completion of work reports and compliance with safety regulations are required. This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00, and on-call availability is required. The gross monthly salary is 1500 euros.
