Position Summary: We are seeking a site leader for installation projects, responsible for end-to-end management, budgeting, scheduling, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed supervision to ensure project success We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in engineering or architecture to oversee installation projects in Las Rozas de Madrid. Your primary role will be full-site management. This includes monitoring adherence to both budget and schedule, as well as overseeing execution, quality, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. You must ensure the project is completed as planned and on time, while maintaining effective communication with the client to guarantee their satisfaction. Additionally, you will approve necessary purchases and subcontracting, and organize overall project execution. Effective team leadership and fostering a positive working environment are expected. Your ability to supervise closely and pay attention to detail will be critical to each project’s success. Experience in fire protection systems and electrical systems is highly valued. University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction and site management. Demonstrable experience managing work teams. Knowledge and experience in fire protection (PCI) and electrical installations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. C1 level in Portuguese and C1 level in Spanish are required.
