Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced operator to monitor, control, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in power plants or industrial environments, ensuring efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and control of motor operating parameters 2. Basic preventive and corrective maintenance of systems 3. Incident detection and resolution for maximum efficiency We seek an operator with experience in power generation plants or similar industrial environments. Main responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling motor operating parameters, as well as performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant’s mechanical and electrical systems. The operator will also be responsible for recording operational data and detecting and resolving incidents to ensure maximum facility efficiency. Prior demonstrable experience in industrial or cogeneration plants will be valued. Formal training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity, or Mechanics is mandatory. The position, located in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real), offers a permanent full-time employment contract. Working hours will follow rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with immediate start. The offered gross annual salary is €21,913.95.
