Present in more than 26 countries, the Group employs over 27,000 people. **Job Description** Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Digital Industries, the candidate will perform the following responsibilities: * Lead industrial consulting and software projects related to Industry 4.0: IT and OT Master Plans, implementation of industrial software solutions (MOM, SCADA, IIoT, PLM, Data/AI) * Executive and technical project management * Ensuring implementation of methodologies and best practices **Requirements** University degree in Higher Engineering (Industrial / Telecommunications / Systems) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Digital Transformation Consulting within the industrial sector, with focus on CPG, Automotive, Aerospace, Capital Goods, and Pharma. IT knowledge: Siemens MES/MOM solutions (Opcenter) or similar solutions, and industrial IT (AVEVA, Inductive Automation, Critical Manufacturing, Captor, Prisma, etc.). Desired experience in Industrial IoT, DCS/SCADA solutions, PLM, Industrial Cybersecurity, Enterprise Asset Management, Lean Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Project management experience specifically in MOM within the industrial sector (> 10 years) Languages: Advanced English proficiency required APICS and PMP certifications are valued **Additional Information** Possible work locations: Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona, Valencia
