At ONCE, we are seeking two Public Relations and Protocol Technicians for two permanent positions at our ONCE General Council. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Plan, coordinate, and execute institutional events and public relations and protocol activities that strengthen the image, reputation, and positioning of the ONCE Social Group, contributing to achieving its strategic communication and image objectives. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY? * Manage and supervise the Master Events Plan implemented through the ONCE Social Group and FIP (Protocol Information Sheet) Events Calendar. * Work throughout the entire project lifecycle, from event vision and concept to scheduling, run-of-show, checklist, budgeting, execution, and attendance at various types of events, whether one-time or recurring annual events we organize, ensuring exceptional quality and successful outcomes. * Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, impact, and provide improvement recommendations. * Implement external communication with specific audiences: Administration, social and professional stakeholders, academic and cultural circles, school communities, and in general, opinion leaders. * Establish and take responsibility for required protocol-related actions. * Plan and carry out training activities in public relations and protocol as needed. * Provide support to the Director of Communication and Image of the ONCE Social Group and the Head of the Public Relations Department in any professional needs they may have. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU? (Requirements) A) EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Advertising and Public Relations, Protocol, Event Management and Corporate Communication, Journalism, or related fields. A master's degree is a plus. * Fluency in English. Minimum level (B2). A proficiency test will be conducted. B) EXPERIENCE: * Minimum two years of prior experience in corporate and/or institutional communication departments. * Experience handling corporate and institutional protocol. * Demonstrable prior experience in planning and executing events of various scales. C) REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Proficient user of common office software packages with strong digital skills. * Ability to use technological tools relevant to the position and leverage them effectively for the company’s benefit. * Proven project management and organizational skills with great attention to detail. * Excellent time and budget management and prioritization skills. * Creative and efficient problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity. * Willingness to travel and occasionally work non-standard working hours to support events. D) OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Availability to travel. * Valid driver's license. WHAT ELSE DO WE VALUE? (Desirable qualifications) * Broad general knowledge and excellent spoken and written expression in Spanish. * C1 level or higher in English and other co-official, Spanish, or foreign languages. * Professional experience in media (analog and/or digital). * Analytical and critical thinking to assess creative concepts, messages, and proposals. * Ability to plan, structure, and schedule complex projects. * Ease in building interpersonal relationships. * Familiarity with the ONCE Social Group. * Experience managing teams.
