DESCRIPTION Life Gourmet, the largest catering operator in the Community of Madrid and a leading company in the catering, events and hospitality sector in general, is seeking for a legendary location in Madrid, the CASTILLO DE VIÑUELAS: \*\* MAITRE \*\* We are looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience as a Maitre in catering (social and corporate events) or as a head waiter in high-end restaurants. Working schedule will be 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off. All extra hours worked will be paid. Annual gross salary around 24\.000 \- 25\.000 euros. Main responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate event operations, ensuring smooth and high-quality service. * Prepare service orders for each event. * Lead the dining room team (waiters and support staff), assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with service standards. * Coordinate interaction between the kitchen and dining room teams to ensure perfect synchronization in dish delivery. * Resolve any incidents during events and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage and supervise setup and breakdown of service areas. * Monitor working hours of additional staff and report to HR. REQUIREMENTS * Must have a car or motorcycle to reach the workplace. * Proven experience as a Maitre in high-end events. * Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills. * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. * Knowledge of protocol and etiquette in formal events. * Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
