Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and dynamic person to carry out preparation and painting tasks on parts, ensuring high-quality finishes on vehicles. Key Requirements: 1. Ability to solve problems efficiently Education Level: PRIMARY EDUCATION Work Experience Required: 24 months Contract Type: TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Sanding and color-matching new or repaired parts; applying fillers and primers to uniformize the surface; cleaning and degreasing to ensure proper paint adhesion; preparing and mixing paints according to the manufacturer's colorimetry specifications; applying primers, base coats, and clear coats using a spray gun; performing blending and integration techniques to ensure a homogeneous finish; polishing minor scratches; retouching specific areas without repainting the entire part; removing defects such as runs, dust particles, or orange peel; verifying that the color matches that of the vehicle; checking gloss level, texture, and uniformity of the clear coat; ensuring no imperfections remain after the painting process; installing painted parts: handles, moldings, mirrors, etc.; performing final polishing to achieve a perfect finish. * 24 months of experience. Two years of proven work experience in this occupation. Responsible, dynamic, versatile individuals with initiative, good communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. * Competencies / Knowledge: Precision, neatness, and attention to detail. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1869 * Other relevant information: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
