**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire a Technical Architect / Graduate in Technical Architecture or Building Construction to provide support for construction projects in Pontevedra. **Work Location** -------------------- * Pontevedra With travel required throughout the province of Pontevedra. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in construction project management (measurements, quality control, equipment handling, etc.) * Support in drafting budgets and technical reports. * Drafting of safety and health studies and plans. * Support in preparing procurement files. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold the following MECES Level 2 qualification (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities): Technical Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture, or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license, Class B **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented theoretical training in AUTOCAD (minimum 50 hours) (distinct from the required qualification) * Training as a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 month and 1 year of experience in construction, building, and rehabilitation projects (experience under an employment contract) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 12 months, if applicable. + Consideration may be given to a trainee contract depending on applications received. In such case, a fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable for another 6 months if applicable, will be offered.
