We are a company specializing in tourist and corporate apartments, operating in Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Milan, Rome, Venice and Turin. We are seeking a responsible and motivated **Maintenance Technician** to join our team in **Málaga**, on a **full-time contract**. This position involves **rotating shifts across our four buildings**, located in central Málaga and the Los Baños del Carmen area. We want your help to ensure everything runs perfectly so our guests feel at home—even when they’re far away. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment and apartments (electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, etc.). * Inspect the general condition of apartments and resolve any potential issues. * Respond to and manage incidents reported by reception, housekeeping or guests themselves—promptly. * Maintain control and records of repairs carried out and materials used. * Coordinate assistance from external suppliers when necessary. * Ensure compliance with Be Mate’s quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with operations and cleaning teams to maintain properties in optimal condition. **What are we looking for?** * Enthusiasm for work and learning. * A positive attitude, commitment and sense of responsibility. * Prior experience in the hospitality sector is valued but not essential.
