Represent the institution and maintain institutional relationships. **At Caja Rural, we seek to appoint an Office Director for our Pozoblanco branch who is eager to grow professionally, enjoys direct client interaction, and is passionate about commercial work.** For us, this position is critical to our institution’s development, as it serves as an intermediary link between our clients and branches, and is fundamental to upholding our values and societal commitment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the branch by planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all staff activities within the branch. * Be accountable for achieving the objectives set for the branch, its zone, and one’s personal portfolio (if applicable). * Ensure all necessary activities, operations, and procedures are carried out to best achieve the branch’s and Caja Rural de Jaén’s goals, policies, and objectives. * Report assigned objectives and their partial or full achievement level; report periodic meetings held with Management and Area Directors; and disseminate circulars and official communications from central departments that may affect normal workflow. * Represent the institution in the local area, maintaining contact with public authorities, institutions, and organizations to foster a positive image. * Propose to superiors the appropriate level of Caja’s participation in significant local events and activities. * Verify and monitor the proper functioning of security systems. * Collaborate on the branch’s annual commercial plan alongside all staff, assuming responsibility for its implementation, monitoring, and execution. * Initiate, develop, and execute targeted commercial campaigns for product introduction and local market promotion, identifying and analyzing customer needs and expectations to meet them effectively in terms of products and timeliness. * Stay informed about competitors’ commercial initiatives and report such information to superiors and all branch staff. * Monitor business relationships with branch customers—both new and existing—with due rigor regarding sectoral or customer-segment classification (current and potential). * Supervise and promote appropriate client treatment within the branch to ensure consistent service quality at all times. * Attend to clients requiring specialized advisory services and, generally, sell products and services to both existing and newly acquired clients. * Ensure compliance with regulations governing branch operations, guaranteeing all staff under one’s supervision are fully informed thereof. * Process risk-related transactions, analyze, prepare, and/or supervise proposals and reports. * Authorize transactions within one’s delegated authority and control branch-level risks. * Monitor and manage incidents related to granted risk operations (non-payments and delinquencies), overdrafts, and credit cards. * Supervise commercial bills and other documents received for discounting, analyzing drawers or acceptors. * Supervise and authorize incidents arising in exchange processes (truncations, bills, receipts, etc.). * Control and supervise account openings and any significant daily business fluctuations. * Verify cash and ATM reconciliations, accurate accounting of all transactions, connectivity and functionality of security systems, and open and close the branch and the safe. * Allocate the majority of time during branch opening hours to commercial tasks, without neglecting administrative duties. **Academic Qualifications:** University degree (e.g., Law, Business Administration, or equivalent) or higher vocational qualifications in related fields. **Additional Training:** MIFID II, LCCI, and Insurance Act. **Experience:** Prior experience managing teams.
