Job Summary: REFISA is seeking automotive or industrial painters to paint fairings, parts, and body components for the railway sector, including preparation and spray painting application, as well as inspection of finishes. Inspection of finishes to ensure quality REFISA, a leading company in the manufacturing of components for the railway sector, is recruiting two AUTOMOTIVE OR INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS (not building painters). The selected candidate’s main responsibility will be painting fairings, parts, and body components for the railway sector, preparing paint and applying it via spray gun onto various parts, and inspecting the finish to ensure it meets required quality standards. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum one year of experience as an automotive or industrial painter (not building painter) is required. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Part preparation; paint mixture preparation; spray painting application. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '2500' * Additional relevant information: Morning intensive shift, with afternoon shift rotation once per month
