Currently, we are looking for an F\&B Coordinator to work in the VIP Lounge at Málaga Airport. Responsibilities: · Control and management of daily operations in the F\&B area · Supervision and management of kitchen and warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and monitoring rest periods · Ongoing training of subordinate personnel · Incident reporting and communication · Order management, stock control and waste tracking · Supervision of proper APPCC protocol compliance. · Coverage of substitute duties when necessary · Reporting incidents to the supervisor · Review and control of buffet presentation and cleanliness · Supervision of catering plan fulfillment.
