Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, user-oriented lifeguard for a sports center, responsible for ensuring safety and proper use of the facilities. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **lifeguard** for our **sports center in L’Hospitalet (Hospitalet NORD)**, with a proactive, user-focused attitude, responsible for ensuring safety and proper use of the facilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure users comply with facility regulations. * Identify and prevent risk situations that could compromise user and staff safety. * Inform and advise on proper use of spaces and equipment. * Active surveillance and constant monitoring of the water surface. * Administration of first aid and adherence to accident protocols, if applicable. * Visual inspection of the facility and reporting of defects. * Tracking and recording of defects. * Management of first-aid materials (inventory, expiry dates, condition of items). * Monitoring oxygen room pressure (if applicable). * Direct user assistance: resolving queries, advising, and providing information on risks. * Use of management software (Trainingym, Virtuagym or similar). * Maintain visible, identifiable presence and courteous interaction with users. * Advise members on available training options. * Comply with internal procedures and the center’s Work Plan. **Requirements** * **Mandatory:** Lifeguarding course. * **Mandatory:** Registration certificate from the **ROPEC** (Official Register of Sports Professionals of Catalonia). * **Desirable:** * Bachelor’s or Degree in CAFE (Physical Activity and Sports Sciences) * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Physical and Sports Activity Animation * Non-academic training related to the workplace * A **disability certificate** will be positively considered. * Ability to follow internal procedures and adapt to service needs. **Schedule (14 hours/week)** * Monday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM * Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Conditions** * **Start Date:** Immediate * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term part-time contract * **Gross Monthly Salary:** €519.59 gross per month (12 payments per year) Job Type: Part-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: €519.59 per month Expected Hours: 14 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
