Concurrently, we educate children on healthy eating, social habits, autonomy, sustainability, seasonality of food, waste reduction, and educational leisure activities—tasks carried out by our monitors. In the pedagogical and educational domain, we focus on conflict resolution, children’s autonomy, first aid, and food intolerances and allergies. At Ecomenja, we are seeking leisure monitors to accompany preschool and primary school students during lunchtime at schools in Vilassar de Mar and Cabrils where we provide services. We currently need to recruit monitors for short-term or long-term substitute positions to cover staff members who are on medical leave, taking authorized leave, or otherwise absent.
