If you want to make an impact that changes customers' lives, **there is no better place to develop your career**. **Your day-to-day:** * Act as an IQOS brand ambassador within the point of sale (tobacco shop), responsible for acquiring, converting, and retaining adult users. * Take a proactive approach to promote and inform about the IQOS product and its benefits, adapting to the needs of each consumer. * Encourage sales and provide after-sales service that ensures an excellent customer experience and high-quality interaction. * Maintain appropriate attitude and behavior in line with our premium positioning and constant pursuit of service excellence. * Design and implement strategies together with other stakeholders to achieve company goals. * Lead generation. **Who are we looking for?:** * A university degree is desirable. **High school diploma or intermediate vocational training is mandatory.** * Experience in sales or customer service. * Experience working at point of sale is desirable. * Excellent communication and active listening skills. * Passion for the sales world. * Minimum C1 level in Spanish, B2 in English, and additional languages are desirable. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. * Curious, proactive, positive attitude, results-oriented, problem-solver, and service-driven. * Work permit for the EU. Location: positions are for the areas of Fuengirola, Benalmádena, or Torremolinos; if the candidate is from inland areas of Málaga, they must have a car for commuting. **What we offer:** * Training provided by the company. * Indefinite contract. * Fixed salary \+ variable depending on your performance \+ restaurant vouchers. * Job stability and a good work environment. * You must have been with the company and in your current position for **more than 1 year**, and your supervisor must support your application. * Your performance over the last year will be positively considered. * If you are currently on a Performance Improvement Plan, you will not be eligible to participate in the process. * It is necessary to reside in the vacant location, Balearic Islands. * Only CVs submitted within the indicated timeframe through the company's internal portal will be considered.
