A construction company specializing in civil works is looking to hire an experienced Civil Works Site Manager to manage urban development and infrastructure projects comprehensively. The selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and technical and economic supervision of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Planning, organization, and monitoring of civil works projects. * Technical direction and economic control of assigned projects. * Project management for: water supply and sanitation networks, comprehensive street renovations, and urban development works. * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Monitoring of scheduling and deadline control. * Supervision of compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Liaison with technical management, public authorities, and clients. Requirements: * Technical Qualification: Civil Engineering / Highway Engineering / Public Works Engineering / Architecture / Technical Architecture (Building Surveyor / Aparajedor) * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a Site Manager. Experience in civil works, urban development, and utility networks. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. * Proficiency in construction control and planning tools. * Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in public-sector construction projects. * Familiarity with public procurement procedures. * Proficiency in technical software (Presto, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD or similar). * Residence near the work location.
