**Vacancies Forecast** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Hiring Reason** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 4 Trainer Technicians - Training course "Physical Activity for the Elderly" in Malaga. **Work Location** -------------------- * Malaga **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Achieve course objectives: specify, lead and promote physical activities for special groups and the elderly, based on identifying their specific characteristics and needs, and apply first aid techniques if necessary during these activities. * Deliver a report reflecting the training objectives, content, outcomes, and evaluation criteria. * Specific training (75 hours). The syllabus must be developed comprehensively covering the following topics: \- Aging \- Introduction to physical activity for the elderly \- Components of physical fitness in the elderly \- Alterations caused by aging \- Recreational gymnastics * Non-labor vocational training: actively seek companies where students can complete the practical component of the training program (100 hours), and subsequently tutor students during the practical training period. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's degree (BUP/COU), FPI or CFGM, FPII or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) or extensive experience (work, academic, or both) in the profession/in the job functions (between 6 and 12 months). ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Class B driver's license and personal vehicle. **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in physical and sports activities. ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 3 years of experience delivering training on physical activity for the elderly, aging, recreational gymnastics, tutoring practices, syllabus development and learning assessment. * From 6 months up to 3 years of experience in rural development training projects. * From 6 months up to 1 year of experience in jobs related to physical and sports activities. **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 4 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time position.
