We are seeking personnel for the position of Sociocultural Animation Technician at a Day Center for Elderly People in Salteras, Seville. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and implementing sociocultural animation activities targeted at service users. Participation, cognitive stimulation, socialization, and active aging will be promoted. In addition, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team will be carried out to monitor activities and achieve comprehensive care objectives, as established in the collective agreement. The contract is temporary, with possibility of extension, and involves 24 weekly hours on a part-time basis. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00. Experience working with elderly people is valued, as well as initiative, creativity, organizational ability, and teamwork skills. Requirements include a Higher Technical Qualification in Sociocultural and Tourism Animation. Specifically required are complementary trainings in elderly care, gerontological occupational therapy, cognitive stimulation, active aging, and intervention in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's, as well as training in person-centered care.
