For this, the talent of our Teams is our main pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the Department Manager, your mission will be to contribute, both independently and through team coordination, to Customer satisfaction and sales development. **YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM!** Your responsibilities will include: Leadership by example, organizing tasks and team activities on the sales floor. Coordination of staff availability and achievement of daily targets. Ensuring operational safety (PPE, handling loads, hazardous materials). Promoting active selling and customer service tailored to customer needs. Dissemination of the Sales Plan by product family. Maintenance of the section: restocking, organization, and presentation.
