We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in administrative roles and strong customer service skills, residing in the southern area of Madrid, seeking stable employment offering opportunities for professional development. Main responsibilities include receiving, meticulously registering, and dispatching all orders received from customers. The selected candidate must be dynamic, highly organized, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively with the rest of the team. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for business travel. A vocational training qualification (FP) at Level 1 or higher in Administration is desirable. Additionally, a minimum English proficiency level of B1 is required, as this is essential for communication with other departments or suppliers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, split into two shifts: 8:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00. The initial annual gross salary is €24,270. Initially, a three-month contract will be offered through a temporary employment agency, with the possibility of subsequent permanent integration into the company’s workforce.
