We are a growing telecommunications company with presence across southeastern Spain. At Olin, we seek to incorporate technical personnel into our company to join our external plant installation and maintenance department, directly contributing to the company’s growth. If you are a motivated, professional individual with strong problem-solving skills and eager to grow professionally within one of the most powerful local telecommunications groups, you are the person we are looking for—join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Participate in optical fiber installation and deployment in external plant. * Identify and resolve incidents in the optical fiber network. * Perform measurement and analysis tests using specialized equipment (OTDR, fusion splicer, power meters, etc.). * Carry out preventive and corrective actions to ensure network stability and efficiency. **Requirements:** * In-depth knowledge of optical fiber trunk lines, torpedo closures, CTOs, and FTTH distribution. * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ experience installing optical fiber in external plant. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Intensive work schedule. * Competitive salary with incentive/production-based system. * Company vehicle and fuel card. * Company mobile phone. * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company.
