#### **Newrest is seeking 1 UNIT MANAGER for its GRADUATE PROGRAM at its MÁLAGA facility** We are looking for individuals with curiosity, high expectations, and a strong interest in achieving rapid and substantial international professional development. Initially, the position will be based in **Málaga**, and absolute availability to relocate to any of our 54 subsidiaries worldwide—primarily located in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America—is required. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Organize and plan production activities in collaboration with department heads. * Ensure production compliance. * Enforce service compliance according to technical specifications. * Maintain order in each work area across different teams. * Respond promptly to technical incidents and potential requests from our client companies. * Analyze failures and dysfunctions and propose improvement initiatives. * Contribute to improving production processes to increase productivity. * Be capable of designing, implementing, and managing a project. * Maintain strong team cohesion. * Raise team awareness regarding quality policy and objectives, their contribution to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), and the consequences of non-compliance with requirements. * Assess team competencies and those of individual collaborators. * Prepare reports for the Unit Director. * Participate in customer reception and accompany customers during facility visits. * Enforce procedures related to safety and protection. * Guarantee compliance with the Group’s hygiene and quality policy and implement necessary actions in response to anomalies identified by the Hygiene/Quality Department. These objectives must be achieved while adhering to Group standards and guidelines, founded on investment, sense of responsibility, ethics, transparency, and honesty. * Education: Industrial, mechanical or systems engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Food Industry, etc.; Master’s degree in Systems, Logistics or similar. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Immediate availability to start. * Willingness to travel. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity. **ABOUT Newrest:** Newrest’s core values are humility, simplicity, efficiency, and sense of responsibility.
