We are seeking to hire two professionals to coordinate online teachers in the Northern and Southern regions of our Cesur centers. Selected candidates will be responsible for: * Coordinating and monitoring the online teaching team in their region, working collaboratively with department colleagues. * Ensuring the proper implementation of digital methodologies and tools. * Supervising the planning and execution of training activities. * Supporting teachers in using Moodle and other educational platforms. * Guaranteeing the technical and pedagogical quality of online training. * Collaborating with the general coordination team and other departments. **We offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time position. * Contract type: permanent. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor's degree. * Master’s in Teaching or former CAP qualification. * Experience in coordinating teaching teams, preferably in online mode. * Advanced knowledge of Moodle and other digital training tools. * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Candidates with experience managing educational centers and/or as Training Managers/Technicians will be positively considered.
