




Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a store, responsible for customer service, team management, stock control, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the team and ensures excellent customer service. 2. Supervises stock control and store operations. 3. Full-time position with rotating shifts. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for a shoe store in Barcelona. Your responsibilities will include direct customer service, ensuring compliance with all established procedures and regulations. This includes monthly communication with headquarters, staff scheduling, store expense management, and resolution of any incidents that may arise. You will play a key role in leading and coordinating the team, always guaranteeing optimal customer service. You will also supervise stock control, goods receipt, and shipment organization. Additionally, you will handle in-store merchandise replenishment and perform store openings and closings, including cash register reconciliation. This is a full-time position with a temporary contract and 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be rotating, covering the store’s opening hours between 10:00 and 21:00, always with legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience managing teams. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Residency near the workplace is advantageous. .
