Currently, **Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructures** is seeking a Purchasing Technician based in Málaga. **Job functions and responsibilities:** * Analyze purchasing needs for building projects in coordination with site and technical office teams. * Request, compare, and negotiate offers with suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct technical-economic comparative studies and prepare price tables. * Manage purchase orders, contracts, and framework agreements with suppliers. * Monitor deliveries, compliance with contractual conditions, and resolve incidents. * Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and occupational health and safety departments to ensure proper execution of purchases. * Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation processes. * Maintain an updated database of suppliers and reference prices. * Support budget preparation and bidding processes when required. **We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles within the construction sector, preferably in building projects. * Technical knowledge of construction materials, construction processes, and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in office software (advanced Excel). * Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
