Job Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to provide personal care, domestic tasks, companionship, and cognitive stimulation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personal care, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance. 2. Assistance with medication management and specialized care. 3. Accompaniment for errands, leisure activities, and family communication. We are looking for a professional to work as a home care assistant in Encinas Reales. Main duties will include providing personal care to the user, such as assistance with hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Assistance will also be provided in managing prescribed medications. Regarding domestic tasks, responsibilities will cover cleaning of common living areas, laundry care, and performing shopping or managing basic needs. Additionally, companionship will be provided for off-site errands, supporting walks and leisure activities, as well as cognitive stimulation and communication with family members. Specialized care attention is required—for example, in cases of incontinence—and fluent communication must be maintained with the coordination service upon detection of any health-related needs. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 180 days. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 25 hours per week; the schedule—either from 9:00 to 14:00 or from 16:00 to 21:00—will depend on service requirements. The monthly salary is set at 925 euros.
