Main responsibilities: * Monitor the production process from the control cabin. * Manage concrete mixing and verify material dosage. * Supervise the proper operation of mixers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment. * Perform basic product quality checks, cleanings, and production records. * Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure process continuity. * Comply with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. Requirements: * Prior experience in a concrete plant or similar industrial environment. * Basic knowledge of machinery control and production processes. * Ability to work autonomously and responsibly. * Availability for shifts.
