Benefits of membership in the Pérez Moreno Group. **Description:** ---------------- At Relaxia Resorts, the tourism division of the Pérez Moreno Group, we are looking for a **Cold Kitchen Cook** to join the kitchen team of our Relaxia Beverly Park*** Hotel, located in (Maspalomas, Gran Canaria): Responsibilities: * Preparation, cooking, and presentation of salads and cold dishes for buffet service. * Preparation and cutting of vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. * Buffet setup and replenishment during service. * Quality control and proper food storage. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP). * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure agile and efficient service. Employment Conditions: * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time position. * Consecutive afternoon shifts. * Salary according to the Las Palmas Hospitality Collective Agreement.
