Job Summary: We are seeking hospitality staff for customer service, beverage service, and general tasks, ensuring an enjoyable experience and fostering visitor loyalty through professional conduct. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and incident resolution. 2. Beverage service with a friendly and professional attitude. 3. Ensuring the smooth operation of the venue. We are looking for a person with hospitality experience to join our team in Vilagarcía de Arousa. Main responsibilities will include direct customer interaction, ensuring an enjoyable experience, and effectively addressing any questions or incidents that may arise. You will be responsible for beverage service, consistently maintaining a friendly and professional attitude to foster loyalty among our visitors. You will also handle other duties inherent to the position to ensure the smooth operation of the venue. A full-time temporary contract of 40 hours per week is offered. The schedule is rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding statutory rest days. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage.
