Assist in reviewing and verifying applications and support preparing requests. * Assist in reviewing and analyzing documentation, as well as preparing technical reports and proposals. * Assist in preparing provisional and final resolution proposals. Control and review documentation submitted by applicants. * Assist in preparing final project documentation. * Verify investment prior to subsidy payment. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuing the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract allowing verification and accreditation of required professional experience. * Internship annexes allowing verification and accreditation of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Technical Architecture or University Degree in Building Engineering (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in administrative management of European Funds grants (indicate in CV). * From 3 months up to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects with improved energy efficiency in buildings (indicate in CV). * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates (indicate in CV). * From 3 months up to 2 years of experience in drafting building assessment reports (indicate in CV). * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience using the REHABILITA software tool (indicate in CV). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possibility of signing a training contract to obtain professional practice related to the qualification required in this offer (for this, no more than 3 years should have passed since completion of the degree, or 5 years if disability certification is provided, and no previous training contract associated with the same qualification exceeding 6 months duration should have been signed). (Attach degree/fee payment proof and updated work history) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
